Auxerrois grapes are often mixed with pinot blanc grapes and make the most
of clay-rich red marl soil.
Auxerrois Botrytis :
the grapes are picked
when they are fully grape.
In the mouth, this incomparably smooth wines
is reminiscent of hazelnu and roasting.
Pinots Barrique :
it’s an assembly of pinot blanc,
auxerrois and pinot gris made and aged in the barrel.
A rich powerful wine with hints of brioche
and blanched almonds.
Muscat les Marnes Vertes : grown and green marl and planted in
terraces. An airy nose of verbena and mint. Perfect with aspargus,
cauliflower, fennel and seefood fondues.
